Vertical-axis Large Hook
Features:
Positive feed mechanism, sturdy durability, smooth and quiet running.
Equipped with large hook, the bobbin has a twice larger capacity than that or regular hook. This is convenient for long materials sewing as well as with thick thread.
This machine is equipped whit walking foot, needle feed, and feed dog, all of which act completely in unison. Consequently, the upper or lower sewing material does not slip and also this machine can sew accurately and easily several sheets of heavy weight materials piled up with together.
Vertical axis rotating hook with automatic hook lubrication, oil amount is easily adjusted for an optimum lubrication, this greatly improves maintainability.
This machine is equipped as standard with a safety clutch for preventing hook breakage. Reset work can be done simply by pressing a button.

Features:
With the adoption of a new rectangular feed mechanism, an alternating vertical movement
mechanism, and a unison-feed mechanism, the machine can feed heavy materials powerfully and smoothly, Well tensed seams are consistently produced without pitch errors.
The maximum stitch length is 9mm. The complete rectangular feed locus enables accurate feed of extra heavy materials while preventing stitch gathering.
With its sufficient needle bar stroke of 38mm and ling 190R needle, the machine supports the
sewing of extra heavy materials.
Automatic lubricating mechanism improves maintainability. The sub oil pan and double filter prevent dust from entering the oil.
